The all new Vios 2007 has been introduced as the 3rd generation model. It was introduced already in Thailand last March. March 3rd Lunar Eclipse

Stargazers must have been "wowed" by a heavenly body phenomenon during the night of March 3, 2007. Scientifically speaking, the earth's direction of rotation moved on the middle of the alignment with the moon and the sun, blocking the moon which makes it color black, red, then to full moon. Jim Carrey on "The number 23"

Oh the great "Jim Carrey" who has been a successful actor all the way from his smash hit movies such as "The Mask", "Ace Ventura", "The Cable guy", "Liar Liar", "The Truman Show" and his portrayal of a  villain as "The Riddler" from "Batman Forever". But if you'll only notice that even he plays as a villain or a hero, his roles drills to one character - "comedy". Now, things are not the same 10 years ago for Jim as he play the role of an "almost" insane man role for this new movie, "The number 23". "Say what ? Surprise!" Yeah. Even I was shocked at what Britney would do or not do to herself. Well its just because we are not use to see female Hollywood stars getting shaved the hair off. Some News tells that it was actually some sort of a "protest" to the salon's owner, Esther Tognozzi. It is after Tognozzi told a gossip show "Extra" that she was afraid to shave Spears' head in case she was sued for ruining the singer's image. In Memory of Anna Nicole Smith

It seems everyone was surprised (as i was this morning) that the reality TV star, Playboy Playmate and former Guess model, Anna Nicole Smith has already passed away, she was 39. It just months since the death of his son, Daniel, last September 2006. News says that she died Thursday at a South Florida hospital after being discovered unconscious in her hotel room. This video is dedicated to her and her son.

Meet "Plen" - the robot skating dude

We already saw a robot that run and even dance a bit in the previous articles of my blog. Now what you will see is a new breed of a robot that do some tricks of its own - skating. This cool dude not only do skating using his skate board, it also can ride roller blades. Although its size is far smaller than Asimo's and i think this one's technology is far beyond Honda's. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

For movie goers, be aware that this year will be a good one to go to movie cinemas. One reason is Harry Potter's new movie, "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix". There are many rumors regarding Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe because of his portrayal of a new stage play role - Equus, a controversial Peter Shaffer play showing at London's Gielgud Theater.

Hugo Chavez visits Fidel Castro

News around the world sees the improvement of Fidel Castro's health since undergoing major surgery. One good friend had a surprise visit last January 30th, Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez. His visit was recorded by a cuban tv news (below is a clip of a footage taken). Sadly, it was not translated in English language at least the video is authentic proof about Fidel's conditions.

Hubble Space Telescope in bad condition

It seems mankind's "eye" to the universe seems to be failing after 17 years. Its been reported that Hubble's "Advanced Camera for Surveys" (ACS) which is a third-generation main camera and to-date the most expensive one is failing due to power failure. Wikipedia did an early update about Hubble's news. Its been confirmed that it will retire by 2013 and be replace by its successor telescope - James Webb Space Telescope (JWST). I have included a video about Hubble's spectacular images of the universe.

Good news for YouTube video users at Davos

From Davos, Switzerland Chad Hurley announced his plan of "Revenue sharing" for YouTube users. It seems his telling more on giving back what he have received (profit). According to the video which was taken during his interview, YouTube will release an innovation which he calls "audio finger printing". This will help identify the music contained on a specific video and once identified users have the ability to claim that content and generate revenue. For other details, watch Chad's explanations.

Microsoft Vista release date: January 30, 2007

May be you are now excited for the release of a long awaited next generation operating system (OS) or to others, is just another upgrade cost. With regards to GUI or graphical user interface of the system do improved much worth mentioning there new term "Aero". It also improved other functionalities which (some say) patterned from Mac OS X or Linux. But do you think its worth an upgrade now ?
